Set within the Mina Zayed Port in Abu Dhabi, the vision for MiZa is to transform 6.5 million-SF of unused industrial port space into a thriving arts and innovation neighborhood buzzing with activity, new ideas, and collaboration for residents and workers.
The project鈥檚 goal is to unify the development鈥檚 existing master plan with MiZa鈥檚 vision as it progresses from planning to architectural execution. Our design integrates three development phases under a single vision, focusing on collaboration, innovation, and community engagement. This approach aligns MiZa with Abu Dhabi鈥檚 2040 vision, positioning it for future growth and investment.
Our scope includes master planning, urban design, and strategic planning to ensure a seamless transition from vision to reality, refining the approved master plan with qualitative rigor and solid economic foundations.
