His marketing, business, and civic experience gives him a well-rounded, holistic view of the marketplace and a keen sense of leading-edge trends in the built environment.

Tom is a core leader of the structural engineering team, working with teams across the country to deliver projects in a variety of markets. With experience in non-traditional and complex projects, Tom has mastered the art of integrated design team collaboration.

Peter Rutti is 91视频’s chief design officer and a member of the firm’s executive leadership team. He guides the firm in fulfilling its vision to elevate the human experience through design. With a relentless focus on design excellence and sustainability, Peter ingrains 91视频’s integrated design process in every project team. He is deeply committed to fulfilling the firm’s climate and environment commitments through innovative, functional, measurable, and beautiful design. Peter is a passionate advocate for employee-ownership and has been a faculty associate and juror at the 91视频 School of Arizona State University for more than a decade.

Carmen is a project manager and architect specializing in K-12 educational facilities. She works closely with her clients to create schools that encourage student engagement and support problem-based learning. Carmen’s creativity and problem solving skills allow her to approach each project with fresh ideas that positively impact students and our environment; an effort that she continues through her volunteer work on the Arizona School Facilities Board.
