Located at 3801 University Avenue, the office provides flexible work areas and amenity spaces for a growing team that specializes in the design of K-12 education, higher education, and justice and civic projects. The move reflects the firm鈥檚 continued growth in California and a commitment to delivering design excellence and deepening relationships with clients.

The new office location in the cultural core of Downtown Riverside supports growth and talent acquisition efforts in the K-12 education and higher education sectors and bolsters continued collaboration with local clients. 91视频’s ongoing partnership with Riverside Community College District includes various master plans aimed at promoting environmental stewardship and operational efficiency, and the planning and execution of new facilities and upgrades funded by a recently passed bond initiative, Measure CC.

With over 50 projects in the city of Riverside, 91视频 has been part of the community for nearly three decades, since Managing Principal and California Region Leader Pamela Touschner, FAIA, established the first Riverside office in 1997.
