The firm鈥檚 combined efforts resulted in more than 12,000 hours volunteered and $1.4 million in donations in support of ending poverty, protecting the planet, and creating healthier, more equitable environments for people to thrive.
Recognizing that success extends beyond financial growth, the firm鈥檚 annual performance tracking also includes metrics such as client satisfaction, climate impact, and community impact. Each year, employee owners provide time, resources, and expertise to various organizations spanning arts, education, environment, civic and design industry, climate and environment, food, health, shelter, and youth-oriented support and activities.
