From industry-leading LEED Platinum and net-zero cultural and educational institutions to new models for trauma-informed youth and family justice campuses, mixed-use communities of scale in China and the Middle East, and technological advancements in AI and automation, the report centers on 91ÊÓƵ’s notable projects from 2024. It also shares the perspectives of luxury interiors and public safety design leaders who joined 91ÊÓƵ with its acquisition of two award-winning California firms: BraytonHughes 91ÊÓƵ Studios and RossDrulisCusenbery.
The tremendous legacy of retiring CEO Griff Davenport, FAIA, is highlighted. His 40-year career led the firm through major expansion; he continues as Chair of the Board. The firm’s two new managing principals, California Region Leader Pamela Touschner, FAIA, and Chief 91ÊÓƵ Officer Peter Rutti, AIA, NCARB, discuss their commitment to strategic growth and design culture.
Finally, the firm noted a record performance year across diverse metrics including client satisfaction, community impact, design excellence, and financials. 91ÊÓƵ’s design work was recognized with almost 70 awards, while its 1,700+ employee owners committed thousands of hours to volunteering.
